Returns & Exchange Policy

You can exchange any unworn, unwashed uniform item for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Faulty items are replaced or refunded free of charge.

How to exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp (+92 321 8485251) with your order number and the size you need.
2. Send the item back in its original packaging, or drop it at our factory.
3. We dispatch the new size as soon as we receive the item.

Items we cannot exchange

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or name-labelled.
• Custom-made items for bulk/institutional orders, unless faulty.
• Socks, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Refunds

If an item is faulty or we cannot provide the size you need, we refund to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days of receiving the item.
